Our firm M/S. Universal electric company goes back to those times when electricity was being introduced in the towns of newly independent nation and Punjab was taking a lead in it. From dealing with foreign brands like G E C , Osram Etc in those times, we are now fully commited with home grown internationally recognized brands like Orient, RR Kabel, Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Wipro Lighting, Anchor Panasonic Etc.
We endeavour to provide prompt service and accurate information with proper guidance regarding the products and their usage to the customer so that there is no doubt in the customers mind before finalising their requirement.
We always strive to keep in stock the latest range and models of all the products so that the customer is always spoilt for choice. Retail is our forte and we are always present to give personal attention to our customers.
In continuation to our efforts to connect digitally with out customers, we decided to create a user friendly website. It is a web based app for which you can create a short cut on your mobile homescreen similar to your mobile apps. It will not utilise any storage space, it will just be an icon to be used through one’s phone browser. Internet connection will be needed for it.
This website will give an additional advantage to the customer enabling them to browse the products from the comfort of their home, get the suitable quotation on the Whatsapp no or E-Mail Id, and place an order after finalising the delivery details and payment terms. This website will also highlight the latest introductions by the companies as well as contain their promotional details also. We hope that this will make shopping for electrical products a wonderful experience for our customers.
